Revive Or Replace - Project 2 - Stage 4

This is the last stage of the whole project - communication. The overall communication of my final idea is the vital part of this stage. I have been building-up all the components as I work through the stage. My isometrics and realisation/render pictures are all finished during this stage. Site information and history as well as president buildings/projects.

My isometric infographic is to show the building structures, relation with the site and surroundings.

Isometric Design for NKC:

I have inserted a shuttled concrete cabin among a set of industrial houses alongside middle section of River Trent, as a conversion into a modern combination of sports club and boat storage. The most prominent feature of my design is the overhang, as a clubroom on first floor with a wide river view. Below which the semi- concealed door structure introduces the only entrance for visitors.

Follow up the stairs behind the entrance, people will get into an open space, where the clubroom and GYM could be seen through at the same time.

Floor plans with rough shadows is to give feelings for the spaces:

The other staircase hidden in the back of the house connects the male and the femal cloakroom/showerroom/toilet which locate on the first floor and ground floor individually. It goes through the 2 floors for club members who can take shower right after they settled the boats in the storage.

Pitch roof characterizes by asymmetric in the spatial arrangement on the first floor.
